The online shopping experience was easy and the watch arrived as expected. The day after receipt, I called the ATL shop location (I'm local to ATL) and asked if I could come in to have a link removed. I was told someone would call me back - Never received the call. The next day I was able to make an appointment at the shop for that afternoon and a very nice man (forgot his name) helped me. All is well and I love the watch. Being local to ATL, it would be nice if one could simply stop by to look at different offerings - but was told I need to pick out three different ones and make an appointment - making the in-person shopping experience a little clunky....But overall very pleased with the purchase and would recommend Swiss Watch Expo to anyone want ing to buy a luxury watch. A jeweler friend told me about them. In the past I have purchased a high-end watch from a competitor. SWE had what I wanted online, I called and within 10 minutes the watch was mine. Customer service does not get better than this! We were shopping for engagement watches and worked with Zubair & Jason. We narrowed down the watches we wanted to see ahead of time and Zubair showed us each one over FaceTime to help us laser in on our favorites. He was kind, knowledgeable and patient with us as we asked questions and to see the watches from different angles. When we went to the shop on Saturday, we worked with Jason. He was also extremely kind, courteous and thoughtful with his time. We ended up making the purchases that day and cannot be more happy with our selection of watches as well as business to work with. While their approach is unconventional (this is not a run of the mill jewelry store as the majority of their sales are through e-commerce, making it difficult to casually shop), they are incredibly accommodating and well respected in the watch world. Used SwissWatchExpo for the first time to acquire a watch that is near impossible to acquire directly from a AD given I live in the US and this was an exclusive to Harrods in the UK for Tutor. Price was fair and the product was perfect. Came with box and Papers and SWE also sent a soft carry case for travel with it which was a nice touch and something I used immediately.
